Governing the lawful use of Consenix Intelligence™, including its Emotional Intelligence Technology.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Consenix Group Ltd is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property associated with the Consenix Intelligence™ framework — a cognition technology stack that enables lawful, emotionally aware, and context-sensitive computation.

Consenix Intelligence comprises:

Mesh Cognition: The foundational paradigm for continuous-time emotional intelligence, treating emotion as trajectory rather than discrete states.
Mesh Memory Protocol: Cognitive infrastructure for structured, auditable, and continuous memory with provenance.
Cognition Assetization Protocol: Framework for lawful valuation and exchange of cognitive assets.

This ownership extends to the three-layer architecture (User Emotional Layer, Machine Inference Layer, Resolution Layer), the principle of Affective Integrity, and all research extensions.

All related patents, software, specifications, documentation, research papers, and trademarks are the property of Consenix Group Ltd.

2. Current Licensee

SYM.BOT Ltd holds an exclusive commercial license to use and integrate the Consenix Intelligence™ framework — including Mesh Cognition — within the consumer entertainment and wellness application category (the "Melo" product family).

This field-of-use exclusivity currently covers:

MeloTune — the first production deployment of Mesh Cognition, providing mood-based music discovery with continuous emotional alignment.
MeloMove — a mood-aligned fitness and nutrition companion.

All products developed and distributed by SYM.BOT Ltd operate "Powered by Consenix Intelligence™" under this exclusive license. Other verticals (enterprise, healthcare, automotive, etc.) remain available for separate licensing.

3. License Options

Consenix Group Ltd offers the following license categories for qualified organizations:

Enterprise	Multi-application, organization-wide deployment with extended support
Research	Academic and non-commercial research use with publication rights
Strategic Partnership	Deep integration with co-development rights and priority access to research extensions

4. Research & Development

Consenix Labs Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Consenix Group Ltd, conducts research, development, and technical validation for the Consenix Intelligence framework, ensuring scientific integrity and lawful cognition standards.

Current research focuses on Mesh Cognition foundations, continuous-time emotional modeling, privacy-preserving affective learning, and emotional trajectory prediction.

5. Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted under a written license agreement, no portion of the Consenix Intelligence framework, including Mesh Cognition and its three-layer architecture, may be copied, modified, reverse-engineered, sublicensed, or distributed without prior written consent from Consenix Group Ltd.

All derived works, integrations, or derivative APIs must comply with Consenix licensing policies and lawful-cognition standards. Licensed implementations may integrate, configure, and distribute binaries as specified in the applicable license agreement.

6. Trademarks

Consenix™, Consenix Intelligence™, Mesh Cognition™, MeshMemory™, Cognition Assetization Protocol™, and associated marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Consenix Group Ltd in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions.
