Public notice of Consenix Group Ltd's proprietary technologies and protected marks.

1. Statement of Ownership

All technologies, protocols, architectures, research works, and related materials described as part of Consenix Intelligence™ are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of Consenix Group Ltd.

This includes all software, algorithms, models, data structures, designs, documentation, specifications, and conceptual frameworks forming the Consenix cognition stack and its derivatives, whether published or unpublished, implemented or proposed.

2. The Consenix Intelligence Framework

The Consenix Intelligence™ framework represents a proprietary cognition substrate encompassing, without limitation:

• Mesh Cognition: the foundational paradigm for continuous-time emotional intelligence, treating emotion as trajectory rather than discrete states. Comprises the three-layer architecture (User Emotional Layer, Machine Inference Layer, Resolution Layer) and the principle of Affective Integrity.
• Mesh Memory Protocol: cognitive infrastructure for structured, auditable, and continuous memory with provenance.
• Cognition Assetization Protocol: framework for lawful valuation and exchange of cognitive assets.

These technologies collectively constitute the Consenix Intelligence™ stack, developed and maintained by Consenix Labs Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Consenix Group Ltd.

3. Research Extensions

The following research extensions to the Consenix Protocol are proprietary intellectual property of Consenix Group Ltd:

• Emotional Learning Agents (ELA): self-adaptive agent architecture for personalized emotional inference while preserving UEA sovereignty.
• Federated Emotional Learning (FEL): privacy-preserving framework for cross-user emotional model improvement with differential privacy techniques.
• Cross-Agent Emotional Handoff: mechanisms for emotional state transfer between applications with full provenance preservation.
• Affective Integrity Violations Taxonomy: formal classification (Type I-V) of emotional data governance failures in AI systems.

Research papers describing these technologies are in preparation for publication at major AI conferences (AAAI, ICML, AAMAS, CHI, FAccT 2026-27). Publication does not constitute release of proprietary rights.

4. Proprietary Marks

The following names, logos, and phrases are proprietary to Consenix Group Ltd and are used as trademarks and/or service marks in one or more jurisdictions (whether registered or unregistered):

Any unauthorized reproduction, use, registration, or imitation of these marks, or any confusingly similar marks, is strictly prohibited. All rights are expressly reserved.

5. Production Deployment

MeloTune, developed by SYM.BOT Ltd, represents the first commercial production deployment of Mesh Cognition. This deployment validates the paradigm's effectiveness in addressing emotional drift and mood mismatch in real-world applications.

6. Licensed Use

Select rights to deploy Consenix Intelligence™ and the underlying Consenix Protocol have been granted under exclusive commercial licence to SYM.BOT Ltd within the consumer entertainment and wellness application category (the "Melo" product family, including MeloTune and MeloMove). Other verticals (enterprise, healthcare, automotive, etc.) remain available for separate licensing.

This commercial licence does not transfer any ownership of the underlying intellectual property. All other uses and all residual rights remain exclusively reserved by Consenix Group Ltd.

7. Enforcement

Consenix Group Ltd actively protects its intellectual property and proprietary technologies worldwide.

Any misuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized integration, or infringement of Consenix technologies or marks may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief and claims for damages.

8. Patentable Inventions

Certain aspects of the Consenix Intelligence™ stack — including, without limitation, Mesh Cognition (including the three-layer architecture and Affective Integrity principles), Mesh Memory Protocol, Cognition Assetization Protocol, Emotional Learning Agents, and Federated Emotional Learning — may be protected, or may be the subject of present or future patent or design filings, in one or more jurisdictions.

Nothing in this notice shall be construed as a waiver of any patent rights, whether registered, pending, or arising in future.
